Older homes often have original pine or oak under later coverings, and floors that slope from a century of settling. Our floor sanding and refinishing service restores original wood, and we level floors where needed.
Recent Builds and Builder-Grade Upgrades
Newer homes usually have thin builder carpet, basic laminate and carpeted stairs. Owners often replace them within a few years with hardwood floor installation upstairs and vinyl plank below.

Waterproof luxury vinyl plank over a tested slab is our usual recommendation. We check moisture first and add a vapour barrier where needed.
